Originally established as Biyela and Makautse Chartered Accountants in 2019, the company underwent an extensive evaluation process and subsequently rebranded as KAUYELA Consulting.

KAUYELA Consulting needed a robust and secure online presence to expand its reach and effectively communicate its services to potential clients. They required a static website that was easy to manage, highly secure, and could be integrated with their existing IT service management processes.

BATSAMAYI developed a secure, scalable static website for KAUYELA Consulting, hosted on Amazon S3. The solution leveraged Amazon CloudFront for content delivery, ensuring low latency and high availability. To address security and compliance, BATSAMAYI implemented AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) to control access to the website resources and monitor permissions across the AWS environment.

Security: BATSAMAYI ensured that KAUYELA's website adhered to the highest security standards. IAM policies were defined to enforce least privilege access, ensuring that only authorised personnel could make changes to the website. Additionally, BATSAMAYI set up AWS CloudTrail to audit all API calls, providing full visibility into who accessed what resources and when. Operations Management: BATSAMAYI also integrated the website management with KAUYELA's existing IT service management (ITSM) processes. Using AWS CloudFormation, the website infrastructure was codified, allowing for automated deployments and updates. BATSAMAYI's solution included monitoring and logging via Amazon CloudWatch, enabling centralised operations management. This setup allowed KAUYELA to efficiently manage their website infrastructure while maintaining full control and visibility of their workloads, whether on-premises, in the cloud, or at the edge.
